You are our professional for process optimization.

You will evaluate manufacturability during the development phase
You will develop and implement standards, processes, and tools to optimize production, logistics, and quality (e.g., shop-floor boards, visualization on production lines, scrap evaluation)
You will determine manufacturing costs and project-related investment requirements
You will develop capacity planning, taking into account productivity potential and new product launches
You will contribute to the design of the production layout at a new production site
You will systematically develop analyses of existing processes and implement cross-departmental optimization processes (CIP)
You will create and implement work instructions

You are a good fit with us if …

… you have a degree in a technical subject, ideally with professional experience.

… you are familiar with the methods of industrial engineering and also support the team in purchasing, analysis, and design with your expertise.

… language is no obstacle for you if you need travel to one of our locations.

… you are up to speed with MS Office, 3D software and ERP Systems.
