You are the team spirit pioneer.

You will oversee all aspects related to production management
You will define and ensure the company’s targets are met in terms of quality, adherence to deadlines and efficiency
You will plan the production strategy taking into account vertical integration, work and test steps, degree of automation, quality and sustainability
You will analyze and solve production problems
You will launch Industry 4.0
You will perform maintenance

You are a good fit with us if …

… you completed technical training (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, etc.).

… you have several years of professional experience in complex manufacturing (production, manufacturing, shift manager or deputy).

… you are adept at managing a team and production.

… you can strategically align production to optimize solution processes – while ensuring permanent improvement of product quality.

… you can work closely with other departments.

… you have in-depth knowledge of R&D processes according to automotive standard.

… you have CIP, KPI and lean production know-how.

… you actively contribute to the achievement of the company’s targets.
