The battery of an electric car is the heart of the entire vehicle, supplying power with a lower carbon footprint. With its lithium-ion technology, our Battery Pack is high-performing, long-lasting, and environmentally friendly. But we wanted to push the technology even further: our Battery Packs outperform conventional exchangeable batteries as they can be linked modularly, turning them into an impressive energy storage device for light electric vehicles and industrial applications.

AMEP-Series:

These Battery Packs with BMS are integrated into a splash-proof casing and supplied with a digital user interface. The four variants are differentiated by capacity, dimensions, and performance capabilities. The colour of the casing can be customized as desired.

The Power Pack 44 is simple to use and ideal for simple and fast deployment. Its capacity is 87.64 Ah with 4.4 kWh of energy. Discharge currents of over 250A and charging of over 3C are possible. The Power Pack weighs 30 kg and can easily withstand temperatures of between -20 and +60 °C.

Universal Battery Pack Module System.

The advances in lithium battery packs are made possible thanks to three essential properties: flexibility, compactness, and practicality. As our Battery Packs can be easily linked to one another, they can reach a maximum voltage of up to 800 V – more than enough to serve as powerful energy storage for electric cars, specialty vehicles or industrial machines. The automobile industry in particular relies on universally deployable lithium-ion battery packs; for special requirements we can develop customized solutions. The idea is as simple as it is efficient: the adaptable battery modules in our power pack kits can be both parallel and serially connected, including all components for integration in electric cars or industrial electric vehicles. Aspects such as voltage and capacity can be perfectly adapted to your individual project.

How long an electric car battery or power pack can perform depends greatly on energy density – the higher, the better. The Lili Battery Pack is a true game changer in this respect. It’s revolutionized the market with an unbeatable energy density and patented cooling system, taking battery tech to the next level.

Simple Technology and Smart Design.

Battery cells need an optimal temperature for each operating condition. This calls for the most efficient method available: liquid cooling. At the same time for the most robust and cost-effective operation, complex sealing systems must be avoided. Additionally, time complexity in production must be as simple, risk-free, and scalable as possible.

Highest Performance Through Optimal Temperature Monitoring.

When compared with similar technologies, the high pack density of the cells makes the Battery Pack one of the leading players on the market. To keep the cells at an optimal temperature, continuous temperature monitoring takes place. Heat dissipation is extremely low thanks to the direct case cooling and the small amount of liquid in the module. The internal circulation in the module ensures the lowest temperature spread without any design sacrifices. The cells can be loaded with high C rates without any notable drawbacks.

The Heat Management.

Contrary to cellular coolant jackets, in direct cooling the cell nucleus is also tempered. Current channels are optimized thanks to the patented cooling system, and both liquid levels and thermal inertia are reduced.

It’s all possible with our tech: Our BMS provides the selected parameters and thanks to web monitoring, the Lithium Power Pack can be maintained remotely.

Application Areas for Battery Packs with BMS.

The rechargeable Lithium Power Packs store electricity when charging and supply a device with electrical energy when discharging. In the modular version, as an energy storage device they are of course 2-3x as powerful, but also as individual battery packs they are exceptionally reliable and not dependent on mains electricity. Lithium-Ion Battery Packs are characterized by their enormous energy density and performance. They are incredibly long-lasting, despite frequent charging cycles. This combination of characteristics makes lithium technology ideal for demanding applications - regardless of the cell chemistry.

As the beating heart of electric car technology, the lithium battery has become indispensable. Second-Life Electric Car Batteries.

As with every battery, there comes a time when lithium batteries are worn-out. But electric car batteries don’t need to end up on the scrap heap: even when they’ve fulfilled their role as a car battery, they can still have a sustainable future ahead. They’re too weak for further automobile use, but have huge potential for use in Energy Storage Systems (ESS). In fact, many electric car batteries still have up to 80% of capacity remaining, which is more than enough for their second life in our systems. For example, in our ESS they can work as buffer batteries to compensate for power fluctuations. As electromobility grows at breakneck speed, this second life plays almost as important a role as the first. Lithium batteries remain the most environmentally friendly alternative to conventional lead-acid cells, and second-life use can extend their lifespan by up to 10 years. This reduces ecological footprints and improves material efficiency. With this sense of environmental responsibility in mind, we give lithium-ion battery packs a second life in our Energy Storage Systems.

Disposal and Recycling of Lithium Batteries.

Our Battery Packs are universally deployable. This makes it possible to install them in other devices or machines. Nevertheless, as with all batteries sooner or later even our lithium batteries reach the end of their life. As lithium is a very sensitive material, Battery Packs in cars, machines or devices must be suitably and carefully disposed of. You need not worry about this, however – rest assured that we can take over worldwide recycling on your behalf.
